NJ REALTORS® provides essential programs and services for REALTORS®, including government affairs, continuing education, market statistics and many other benefits. Additionally, NJ REALTORS® provides resources for consumers related to the real estate industry and the process of buying and selling a home.

Comprised of 19 local boards, New Jersey REALTORS® has approximately 52,000 members who are involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries.

NJ REALTORS® is the state arm of the National Association of REALTORS®, which at more than 1.1 million members, is the largest trade association and one of the most powerful groups in North America. Not all real estate agents are REALTORS®. REALTORS® — who are all licensed real estate agents — represent some of the most knowledgeable, successful, and trustworthy professionals in their industry. REALTORS® subscribe to a strictly enforced Code of Ethics that promotes the fair, ethical, and honest treatment of all parties in a real estate transaction. Agents who are not REALTORS® are not bound to these same ethical practices and principles set forth in the REALTORS® Code.
