THE OCEAN CITY BOARD OF REALTORS® ANNOUNCES ITS AWARD FOR REALTOR OF THE YEAR IS JOSEPH ORAZI
(Ocean City, NJ) The Ocean City Board of REALTORS® is pleased to announce Joseph Orazi, Broker Associate, Long and Foster Real Estate, has been awarded the REALTOR of the Year 2019. Joe exhibits the true REALTOR spirit, through his actions as an involved member of his local Board. He serves on numerous committees, and is always available to volunteer for special projects.
Joseph holds the certification of RSPS, is currently serving as 1st Vice President of the Ocean City Board of REALTORS, received the NJ REALTORS Circle of Excellence Award in 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2018. In 2016, Joseph was awarded 1st place for the NJ Realtors Good Neighbor Award.

GIVE THE GIFT OF WARMTH FOR WINTER
THE OCEAN CITY BOARD OF REALTORS® ANNOUNCES ITS FALL COAT, BOOT AND BLANKET DRIVE NOW THROUGH NOVEMBER 27, 2019
(Ocean City, NJ) The Ocean City Board of REALTORS® is pleased to announce its fall community service project, a drive to collect coats, sweaters, blankets, snow boots, hats, scarves, and more. Donations will be collected now through November 27th, and will be used to give the gift of warmth for winter.
The Warmth for the Winter Drive will collect gently used or new items to be donated to the Ocean City Ecumenical Clothes Closet to provide for needy families. Of special need for this winter are children’s coats, children’s snow boots, and ladies or men’s sweat shirts and pants. Monetary donations will be accepted - we will shop for you! Funds will be used to purchase items of need as requested by the Ocean City Ecumenical Clothes Closet.
Donations can be dropped off at the office of the Ocean City Board of REALTORS®, 405 22nd Street, or for pickup please call the office: 609-399-0128.

Ocean City, NJ) The Ocean City Board of REALTORS® announces the return of BUBBLE MANIA, its popular and fun family fundraiser, Saturday, September 14th at 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ocean City Municipal Airport.
BUBBLE MANIA is a day of family activities that raises funds for the Ocean City Historical Museum. There will be fun bubble activities for kids of all ages. Food, cupcakes, and beverages will be available for sale to help raise funds. Children are welcome for a day of bubble making fun!
The Air Festival is at the Ocean City Municipal Airport, located on Bay Ave and 26th Street in Ocean City, NJ. To find BUBBLE MANIA, follow the endless flow of bubbles. Admission to the Air Festival is FREE!
